Ah ok, I didn't see you had centralized all rpm/deb of all your projects into this repo. So which repo is the "main" one now ? It's already this one, or do you still cut releases from the "old" splitted repositories ?

Well, either there is a typo in the message, either we mere mortal not part of the docker organization can't see https://github.com/docker/release-packaging ;) I have a 404 HTTP error when trying to see this repository.

Currently we still build from docker-ce-packaging but in the nearest future will switch to this repo as a source of packages.
